All our apartments are ultra-modern and furnished with antiques. The new suites feature a kitchen, a designer bathroom, a bedroom and a living room. For small, but of course larger children who would like to stay in the bedroom with the parents, we are happy to provide cots. In our suites furnished with real antiques, we offer undisturbed space for 2-6 to rest after a strenuous sightseeing tour of the city center, a walk through the Lainzer Tiergarten or the park of Schönbrunn Palace.
But our suites are not for relaxing only. Since our kitchens are equipped with comprehensive inventory, such as microwave, stove, oven, as well as crockery and cutlery, you can pursue your passion for cooking – or compete in a card game in the living area, because we also provide various board games and playing cards. Surely you will not be bored here in Vienna, the city with one of the richest cultural heritages.
All our apartments – apartment “Falco”, “Sisi” or apartment “Maria Theresa” – are presented in such detail that you can already make a comprehensive picture of your holiday home in advance. THE FACILITIES

The original building at Lainzer Straße 25 is a renovated old building dating back about 100 years. On the second floor of the house, accessible via a staircase or lift, you will find the Apartment Sisi and Apartment Maria Theresia. Apartment Falco is located in the annex, newly built in 2016 and equipped with large modern windows.The spacious garden is ideal for celebrating large and small summer festivals, enjoying the sun and nature in the middle of the city of Vienna. Here you can recharge your batteries for your sightseeing tour, the visit to the Imperial Palace, the Belvedere Palace or your walk in the Prater Park.
