The entrance hall has a practical coat rack and offers enough room to set down the shopping bags. Through the wide glass doors, you can see the living room and the lovely kitchen.

This is where you step into your personal feel-good zone – the big comfortable couch (that can be pulled out into a cozy large double bed) and the stylish leather furniture invites you to relax.

The artistically valuable paintings are coordinated with the room and wonderfully round off the atmosphere with curtains and sophisticated lighting, making you feel like you’ve always lived here. The vintage well-preserved genuine hardwood floors and the nicely-restored antique furniture heighten this sensation, as do the old tall double windows looking out onto the south-facing garden.

In the morning – while enjoying your breakfast – you can sit in the sun and listen to the chirping of birds from the garden.

This bedroom is something special! It’s not only big (about 24m²), but appears, with its large windows overlooking the garden, like a green oasis. Here you wake up to a concert of birdsong, and if you don’t close the curtains the room is flooded with sunlight.

The furnishings are unique: beautiful old Biedermeier furniture – a wardrobe and a desk/chair – tastefully coordinated with modern furniture classics and coupled with modern artwork on the walls, make this room (with its high-quality light fixtures, authentic belt parquet floor, and curtains matching the colors of the wall) something special. Those fortunate enough to wake up here, will certainly be pleased.
