Apartment “Maria Theresia” has a small entrance room with a glass-door, a big living room (45m²) with a completely furnished new kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, 4-E-burners, baking oven a.s.o), a master-bedroom (26m²) with its own bathroom as well as a smaller bedroom – the so called “Kabinett” – which also has its own small bathroom attached.
Next to the entrance is a separate toilet, equipped with basin and hot/cold water.
In this old-built house all rooms are 3.3m high.

LIVING ROOM
Besides the fully equipped, brand new kitchen the living room is furnished with a couch, a bar with 3 seats, a solid wood table with 6 antique chairs – illuminated by this special hanging lamp from the 50’s – a TV-bar and a lot of other nice odds and ends. We want You to feel like home!
The mixture of the colors of the walls/ceiling and the old and new paintings (for example from well known Viennese painters like Manfred Schluderbacher, Katharina Walter etc.) is carefully chosen and makes this apartment so special. As we replace the art objects time by time, the apartment is always changing a bit and keeps its cosy secret.
Everything is new and sophisticated, with free WLAN, 4k-SAT-TV, Stereo with Bluetooth-connection.
MASTER-BEDROOM
In the bedroom You’ll find a double sized bed (180 x 200), a careful renovated antique wardrobe and desk combined with modern chairs, fitting to the curtains Schönbrunn-style.
Bathroom
The Master Bedroom has his own stylish designer bathroom with its big, modern glass-shower, two large wash basins, and a toilet.
Kabinett
The cosy “Kabinett”-room provides space for 2 more guests.
It has its own small but comfortable designer bathroom with a modern glass-shower and a hand basin.
