CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
For the duration of their stay, guests are given an electronic access code. This code is provided in the payment confirmation, by email. The room/house can be used on the arrival date, as of 2 pm, and needs to be vacated no later than 11 am, on the day of departure.
Final cleaning
There is an extra charge for the final cleaning and is at least € 40, for longer stays the apartment is cleaned by us on a weekly basis, this cleaning also costs € 40/week.
Damages & loss
Guests are obliged to report damages, which might have occurred during their stay – regardless of the cause of damage – as soon as possible, and at the latest on the day of departure. Guests are liable, in the full amount, for damages they have caused during their use of the apartment.
Breakdown & modifications
If fixtures and fittings temporarily fail to function, the landlord cannot be held responsible for public utilities such as electricity, water and gas, and a price reduction shall not be granted. The same goes for force majeure: acts of nature beyond control. The landlord shall retain the right to change the furnishings of the vacation apartment.
Liability
The landlord is not responsible for the guests’ housed objects of value and items of property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the rooms, to protect those with allergies. This concerns not only the guests’ pets but also pets of people visiting the guests during their stay.
Smoking
Schönbrunn Living offers only non-smoking apartments. Smoking in the house and in the rooms is prohibited. Guests can smoke in the garden or on the terrace.
WLAN
Use of the internet through WLAN is free of charge.
Right of access to rooms
The landlord, or an authorized person, has the right to enter the house and the room if required, e.g. for necessary repairs at short notice, or similar situations.
PLEASE NOTE
Please shut all windows before leaving the room/house and be sure that all candles, electrical lights and electrical devices such as hairdryers, coffee machines, electric kettles, etc. are turned off. Please keep dirty shoes in the entrance area.
Quiet time
Out of consideration for the other guests and neighbors, please observe the quiet hours at night, between 10 pm and 8 am. During this time, all guest should reduce their noise to room level.
